Please allow for 1 week for processing and 1-2 weeks for shipping. Shipping times vary upon location.

I do not currently offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on most orders. If products are defective, please contact me and I'd love to help you out.

LOST, STOLEN & DAMAGED PACKAGES

Lost, stolen, and damaged packages are unfortunately out of my control. Please contact your shipping provider or local post office for assistance.

INCORRECT ORDER INFORMATION

Please be sure to ensure correct shipping information is entered for your order. Orders are processed immediately and I am therefore unable to make any changes to orders once they are submitted.

At this time I am unable to cover any customs fees, duties, or taxes. The customer is responsible for any additional import costs.
